Thanks for shopping with Rootwell. Here's how our shipping works.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Order processing

Rootwell products are packed and shipped directly from our supplier's fulfillment facility. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Shipping address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak shipping periods can affect delivery times. If your order seems significantly delayed, reach out through our Contact page and we'll help track it down.

Lost, damaged, or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
